Woodbridge Village Farmers Market

Our Mission

The Woodbridge Village Farmers’ Market is a non profit volunteer-run organization. We believe in the importance of local agriculture, healthy food, the value of community and our impact on the environment. Our mission is to provide our community access to quality, locally produced products, as well as offer education and community support.

Our Farmers

All of our Farmers are located in or near the Greenbelt. Our other vendors are selected for their quality products, use of local ingredients and commitment to our community. Our volunteer committee is dedicated to maintaining the status of a true farmers’ market.

Our Impact

To reduce our impact on the planet, it was our goal to be plastic-free by 2020. While COVID has delayed out plans somewhat, we still strive to reduce plastic use. We hope you will join us in this exciting initiative by bringing reusable totes and containers for your shopping each week.

Our Community

An important part of our market is the sense of community. The small scale of the market, and the fact you can speak directly with our vendors, creates an atmosphere you won’t find at your local supermarket. We hope you will join us each Saturday morning for a fun and relaxing morning the whole family will enjoy!

After two years of Covid, we are hoping to bring back some of our special days, including Italian Day and Canada Day.
